Please explain to me how a slavegirl gives birth to her own mistress?

A: The meaning is that of the portents of the Hour is the spread of concubines among people that a slavegirl gives birth to her mistress after being pregnant from her master. The daughter of the master is a mistress and the son of the master is a master.
